Welcome to La Conciergerie, your charming cottage Lille for 6 people. This former historic building, once the gatekeeper's house of the La Verdière estate, has been fully renovated to offer modern comfort in a preserved historical setting.

Firstly, the ground floor living space consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, and a study for your quiet moments or work. Furthermore, upstairs you will find three carefully decorated double bedrooms, including a master suite, ensuring optimal capacity for 6 people.

Additionally, the experience wouldn't be complete without a private south-facing terrace and direct access to a 1,000 m² wooded garden. It is the perfect place to recharge in the heart of nature, while remaining just 10 minutes from Lille city center and the Pierre Mauroy Stadium.
